The Sri Yantra

This symbol, also known as the Shri Chakra, is made up of nine interlocking triangles radiating from a central point. The four upright triangles represent Shiva, the male aspect, while the five inverted triangles represent Shakti, the feminine side (Divine Mother). The Sri Yantra is utilized to represent the link or unity of both male and feminine divinity as a totality. It can also refer to the cosmos’ overall wholeness and connection.
