The Star of David is a six-pointed star made up of two interlocking triangles, one pointing above and the other downwards. It bears the name of King David and is seen on the Israeli flag. While the Star of David is most commonly associated with Judaism and Israel, many Christians identify with it as well.
The five-pointed star is also a Christian symbol linked with the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior.
