Seax Wicca

Seax-Wicca is a neopagan Wicca tradition or denomination that is largely inspired by the iconography of historical Anglo-Saxon paganism, while it is not a reconstruction of the early medieval religion itself, unlike Theodism. Author Raymond Buckland developed the Seax Wicca religion in the 1970s. It is influenced by ancient Saxon religion, although it is not a reconstructionist tradition. The moon, the sun, and the eight Wiccan Sabbats are represented by the tradition’s symbol.
